Another satisfied customer: I recently ordered a custom built table from the guys at "the nutz". Due to the shipper not following clear directions the table was damaged during shipment. It was shipped on it's side even though it was clearly marked on the crate that it should be shipped flat. Worse yet my wife signed off on the shipping slip before we opened it up to look at it. Well the guys at "the nutz" went to bat for us with the shipper and were able to get it covered under the shipping insurance. They built us a brand new table which was promptly shipped without further incident. Throughout the whole process they kept me informed of the current status of the table. This was some of the best customer service I have ever received. The table is perfect for our needs. In my opinion it is a real bargain for a custom built table.
